Sounds like you subluxed your shoulder (when you separate it from the socket but not completely dislocated) When you did this you probably pulled you pectorals major which is right next to and below the shoulder joint!. Basic shoulder exercises are called isometrics which will help stabilize the joint so that it can recover and prevent further damage !. There are four directions all should be held for 10 seconds and repeated 10 times
1!. stand against a wall with your back against it, with your arm at a 90 degree angle push back into the wall with your elbow!. (You can also place a ball in between your elbow and the wall
2!. stand facing the wall!. Have your bad arm like you are punching the wall with a fist (again 90 degree angle) Push into the wall
3!. Stand parallel to the wall with your bad shoulder closest to it!. Place the ball or towel in between your forearm and the wall!. push out without leaning into it with your body
4!. Standing in the same posistion as #3, place the ball or towel in between your fist and the wall!. Rotate outwards using the effected arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would put heat on it!. Thermacare is the best or any heating pad!. Heat will surely heal it quick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
