Go to the drugstore and buy "4 Way" brand nasal spray (red and white box), one good spray in each nostril is all you need it is a God given! It will clear your nose and reduce swelling in all your nasal cavities for many hours and it works within about 5 minutes!. I know a lot of people say bad things about people becoming dependent on nasal sprays, this one doesn't do that!. It works better than any prescription I have ever gotten, costs about $5-$7 per bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have my own little trick!.
If your left nostril is blocked/stuffy!.
- Then you press your left nostril and blow through your nose(with decent pressure)
If your right nostril is blocked/stuffy!.
Then you press your right nostril and blow though your nose(with decent pressure)
The stuffiness disappears =D

this may sound odd but it worked for me!. get a pot fill it half way with water n put 5 jalapenos in it and let it boil then wrap a towel around ur head when only the vapors from the spicy little things is the only thing ur breathing in!. breathe in thru nose out thru mouthWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hot shower works temporarily!. Afrin is good over-the-counter medicine!. Flonase is best prescription medicine (and it smells like roses)!Www@Answer-Health@Com
