Question: Drinking lots of water and odd urges to pee!. Please read !.!.!.!?
Hi, so for the past two days I've been drinking alot of water because I wanted to cleanse/clean out my kidneys!. But now It feels like I have to pee CONSTANTLY and when I do go, not a whole lot comes out! It doesnt hurt, but its just SO annoying!. Is my body retaining the water then just releasing it slowly!? Or could this be a UTI!?
Also its still coming out yellow!. Ive had nothing but water the past two days and i would think it would be clear by now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First off, water won't "cleanse/clean out" your kidneys - at least not beyond a certain point!.
It's a lot like rinsing a plate!. After a moment, all the soap is gone and rinsing it for a year won't make it MORE "soapless"!. And the glaze on the ceramic won't come off if you rinse it forever!.
Anything water soluble is, assuming you drink at least 1!.5 L /day is already gone!. Anything that is NOT water soluble that happens to be in your kidneys won't be removed by 100 gallons of water / day!.

Your urine is still yellow because your body is still discarding waste products - this is normal, even after drinking a lot of water!.
You are urinating often because you have taken on an unusually large amount of water in the last 48 hrs or so!.

Do this:
- Stop fasting and eat normally!.
- Reduce your water intake to around 4 L/day!. More if you work out or live in warm weather, but you get the idea!.
You will find that your urinary habits will return to normal in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
