Question: I cant fall asleep any tips!?
hi i am 11 and i have a really bad cold , ive tried falling asleep at 10 30 and now its 11:10 !.!.!.!.!.!.!. i cant fall asleep and i was wondering if you had any tips for me because i know the more rest i get the quiker i will get over this cold -thank you for the help

plugged up nose!.!.!. take some musinex the nose spray and the pills it helps a ton!! and prop your pillows up straight so you nose drains out and sit up!! yes its not the most comfortable position but it will help

for all of these take tylenol pm for colds w/ your parents permission and/or listen to your ipod/mp3 player and make a play list of slow songs that don't have sudden outbursts of loud music because it will scare you and just wake you right back up!! hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
