How can I tell if my cheekbone is fractured?!
Question: How can I tell if my cheekbone is fractured!?
I got beat up last night, and when I woke up my cheek was very swollen and the upper right side of my mouth was numb, mainly my teeth!. Is this a good indicator that it is broken or fractured!? Can I wait until tommarow and see if the swelling goes down, and than see a doctor if it doesnt!? I can open my mouth about half way and dont experience much pain when im just idle!.

Put ice on it for the swelling, and it probably won't hurt you to wait until tomorrow to see a doctor!. You need to go though, especially since you have numbness; it could be a sign of a serious problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree with mostly other people!. GO to the doctor now!. I don't have personal experience i'm only 10; so see a doctor and then it'll be better!. If u dont go to today it might heal a wrong way and ull end up bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor today! If you wait to long to have it looked at it can start heeling wrong and they will have to rebreak it and you'd have some surgery!. So go today!Www@Answer-Health@Com
