Question: I was hit by automobile and suffer from cervical syndrome and lumbar radioculopathy!.!?
No surgery due to narrow margin to do a surgery/ have to live with nerve damange!. Working liminted duty for last 3 1/2 yrs!. What amount of settlement should I recieve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That depends on your total medical bill, the nature of the accident and degree of neglegence of the other party, what the lawyers bill will be and your disability!.
Have you been to a good chiropractor!? Car accidents can have long term consequences, but there's no reason a person should usually totally get over them if seeing the right person!.
