Why do i feel dizzy when i lay down?!

Question: Why do i feel dizzy when i lay down?
Hey so I'm 16 in one month

And recently I've started to feel really dizzy

On thursday I fainted in school and I must of banged my head hard because I got a fat lip the next day

Anyways I fainted cause I wasn't eating proper but I am now

About two days after I fainted I couldn't even move my head or get out of bed without feeling dizzy

Its gotten better since then but I feel dizzy everytime I go to lay on the right side of my head

What's wrong with me? And is it something serious or anything to worry about?

Well I'm no doctor but I remember having similar symtoms and later I found it happens to a lot of young people so I wouldn't worry about it. Just get a good nights rest and a healthy diet also helps as you mentioned. I would also recommend vitamins and especially omega 3 supplements as those help me the most with head issues. I feel a lot more people should get these things despite most generations evolving past their usefulness as usually it insures you are getting the right supply of essential vitamins and daily nutrition for your brain and overall health.
Also if symtoms persist then see a doctor. And dont go past a regular check up with your doctor too as thats really important as well.

Also that dude is right if youve just hit your head you should seek immediate medical attention as it could be serious but if you have been to the hospital and they told you to eat better then I think my answer is ok for that.

Sounds that you need to go back to the Hospital very soon. You could still have a neck or head injury and need proper attention from the Hospital.

Tell your parents. Much better to be sure, safer than sorry!

Good luck!

It may not be serious, but my words need to be confirmed by you seeing a specialist, as you hit your head "hard" id strongly recommend getting it checked,
Also keep your fluid intake up:)
