Why do I keep getting kramps in my toes?!

Question: Why do I keep getting kramps in my toes?
I'm a 14 year old girl, I know girls my age who get kramps but never in their toes. Is this normal?

Stretch your feet. I know it sounds dumb right. But lay flat and then push your toes away from your body as far as you can, hold for 10-15seconds then do the opposite, point them straight at yourself and hold again. The muscles in your feet can cramp if not exercised enough or if you exercise a lot you literally need to stretch everything your using. I am a runner so I stretch my feet all the time. Normally we do it naturally when we sleep but maybe your body isn't doing this. Also try heating the feet if the stretching doesn't help, it will at least loosen the muscles. Any cramps involve muscles. Best of Luck
