Why are my fingers and toes always red?!

Hello:) Well my fingers and my toes are always red. My hands are always kinda cold and my feet and normal most of the time. But this is really freaking me out, I compare my hands with my family members ad friends and their hand are normal but mine are red.

Why is this? I know that my hands are always cold because of a circulation problem, but the redness?
