Why do my legs keep shivering?!
Question: Why do my legs keep shivering?
Answers:
Do you exercise regularly? You could have muscle dystrophy. That is when you don't exercise enough because you sit to much and your muscles literally begin to shrink and it can cause a feeling of tingling or shivering as you describe. Simple solution, try to walk a few miles each day or every other. The reverse can be true as well, over exercise, if you don't let your legs rest they begin to shiver due to lack of nutrients and the ability to heal. You may just need to stretch as well. I recommend drinking tonic water(yea it tastes terrible) however, the quinine within it helps stop shivering, it really works. I drink it straight up now cause I have an acquired taste, but some people mix it with V8 or fruit drinks. Best of Luck

Are your feet cold? My legs shiver if my feet are cold or if I have cold sheets!! But I've never had a shiver for any other reason!! Maybe your muscles are just relaxing from a busy day of you being on your feet. And it is natural. Our bodies do interesting things, and sometimes we are reminded that we aren't always in control---like when an eyelid flutters or something!!!
