Question: Can I get sick from an infected cut?
I cut myself multiple times with a razor blade on my hips (it wasn't dirty like I found it on the ground, but it wasn't super clean either. It was kinda old too)... now I'm sick with a fever and other symptoms. Could it be related? I don't think it is but I'm wondering.

Yes you can get seriously infected from wounds whether seemingly sterile or not. sometime it could even lead to sepsis or septicemia (blood poisoning). Often times you can get Tetanus (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001640) from metal.
