Question: Whats the fastest way to heal a bruise?

Today in my way home I fell on the freezing ground and my right hand has a bruise right in the middle of the carpus and I need it healed asap. What things I can use and do to heal it fast?

You can buy cocoa butter and put htat on it. you will be able to find that at any drug store. it helps heal bruises faster i have used it plenty of times.
