Question: Both Ankles in pain help?

thanks for answering! i play soccer and recently started school soccer. that is 2 hrs. a day for 5 days a week. since about thursday both ankles have been really sore! they dont feel locked up, just extremely loose an they hurt really bad!
has this happened to you, and will it go away soon?
