Question: My upper back hurts almost every time.?
My upper back hurts (in parallel with my chest) almost every time. I can't sit, stand, walk, etc for a long period of time. Do I have to worry about it? I'm just 20 yo.
p/s: I believe it's more to muscle-pain, not my back-bone.

Sounds like you have been doing some incorrect moving and handling to cause this pain. You don't say what your activities are. Think what you might have been doing recently to hurt yourself. Then amend your ways. Backs should always be taken seriously.

Does it appear to be abnormally curved? Could be Sheuermann's disease.
