I just got sick, (runny nose and cough) and I feel this blood taste in the back of my throat. idk if its a sore throat or strep throat, but it feels like my mouth is inflamed/sore/etc...it doesnt hurt when i eat or swallow anything, its like perfectly normal, but im tasting blood. when i dance and my heart beats the roof of my mouth hurts a little. can anybody tell me what to do? i cant really go to a doctor right now.

You probably have a cold or something like that. You need to watch it though, a simple cold can go into a Sinus infection, then to Bronchitis, then to Pneumonia and ect.
The blood you taste is probably mucus mixed with some blood, if you are having really bad sinus problems, which it seems you are. Hope you feel better.
if blood is in the nasal passage it will drip down to your throat
