What is going on with my wrist?!

Ok so this past summer I was accidentally knocked to the ground resulting in a partially torn ligament in my right wrist(I am also right handed). Since it wasnt completely torn I didn't need surgery so I was put in a cast that stopped at the elbow for about 4 weeks with a brace following. I also broke this same wrist about 7 years ago (I am 16 now).

I know I will always have pain in this wrist but recently I have been having constant pain with slight bruising. What is going on? I would like any input. Do you think my ligament didn't fully heal because I almost needed surgery because it was most of the way torn but not fully. Thanks everyone.
