Hi.Well,it's possible your bending and cracking your wrist way too much. Why not give your wrist a break from all the cracking and bending for a while, and maybe that will help.I suggest when you do your stretches in dance class...that you opt out for that specific stretch(that involves using your wrist). And,in the meantime buy a wrist splint/brace,and see if that offers any support, and possibly in time you'll be right back to your old self. But,if after using the wrist brace/splint,you see no improvement at all..the it would be a good time to see your doctor.Take care.

A Dr. is going to tell you to stop doing that, or worse, take xrays of your wrist and not find anything, then you get to pay for the visit and the xrays.

If its possible try not doing those stretches for a little while. If it stops hurting...also you can ask your instructor. It might be a common injury for whatever dance you're doing.

hey, well a month does seem like a long time so, just a trip to a clinic or something will do. If it's not swollen or hurting lots then it's nothin serious, :P

Sounds like you have sprained your wrist. Wrap a support bandage or one of the elasticated supports you can buy in sports shops or your chemist.

Have you injured it? I think you should get it checked out. Maybe try icing it every morning and every night. Hope this helps, and good luck!
