I am suffering from a weird problem.Pls help?!

Hi I am suffering from a weird disease I guess.But I am very scared that my whole life would be ruined.
While I was working out in gym before 6 years one of my neck nerves got struck.but I still continued neglecting it.after some days my facial muscles on the left side started pulling inside and I slowly lost fitness on the shoulder.all my muscles on the left side shoulder and hand lost fitness.It then effected the right side also.Now a days this pulling loosing fitness went to legs.my legs are going numb quite often and the leg muscles started loosing fitness.Apart all these a nerve keeps pulling from head toe.actually speaking all my muscles in my body are loosing stifness and I cannot work.If I work they are paing a lot.Please help.
