Why are these pains coming back?!

Question: Why are these pains coming back?
About an hour-hour 1/2 ago, I started getting pains right above my stomach and right in between the ending of my rib cage. I knew it was indigestion or something of that sort, so I took some Pepto-Bismol. It went away about 10 minutes later. Now it is back and it's in the same spot and some pain on the left side of my left rib cage. What is wrong?

Are you aware that Pepto-Bismol is the worse thing you can take for a stomach problem. It contains aspirin. If you are describing the area below the rib cage on the left side that is where you stomach is. You probably have indigestion, acid, constipation or coming down with the flu. Drink plenty of water. If need to take something. Try a drug like Prolisec. You can generic brand. It will be much cheaper. Ask the Pharmacist to compare labels. They will help with the acid.

Pinched muscles in your back often send the pains around your body on the nerves to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. To get rid of these pains you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

You might have eaten something that didn't agree with you. Try Tums or Antacids. They work really fast. And drink plenty of water and take a warm bath if you need to.
