Question: Need medical advice 'puberty'?

I have pimples in my 'private' parts, I am a girl. I usually get them because they are just ingrown hairs, but it is gross. One of the pimples to day wont pop and it is the size of a pea. When will it stop, is it normal? I have never had intercourse, can they be genital warts?
