What is causing me to vomit so much?!

Question: What is causing me to vomit so much?
I've been vomiting nonstop since Saturday morning. I can't keep anything down, not even water. I am feeling extremely dehydrated, and every time I vomit I feel like someone is stabbing me in my upper right abdominal area. I am now really dizzy and disoriented and the pain will only throb mildly if not vomiting. I know the dizziness and being disoriented and weak are from dehydration. I am not running a fever by the way, and not able to poop. So I am wondering what could be wrong. All I want to do is sleep and keep my eyes closed.

This is actually an emergency. What you're describing is not normal and is dangerous. You probably have your electrolytes completely out of whack, and this will need restoration probably via IV in a hospital setting. Getting low on potassium could kill you. You also need rehydration too. Please seek medical attention immediately not just for the electrolytes/rehydration but also to determine the underlying cause (this is NOT a virus or food poisoning!).

You need to get to the hospital so they can at least give you fluids intravenously. Vomiting is controlled by the brain not the stomach. There may be something else going on that you are not aware of. The most important thing is to get hydrated again so at least get to a doctor.
