Whats up with the headaches?!

Question: Whats up with the headaches?
I plan to make an appointment BUT any ideas of what could be up?

I have really bad headaches and many times its unbearable!
at night I sleep for a few hours because my headaches can get so painful I can't do anything..
and I am a full time college student taking 18 credits and sometimes I have to walk out of class because I can't sit there my head pounds, and if I look down it feels like my brain is going down too and same with putting my head side ways etc..

-I have headaches for 2 years now, but its never been this bad, my headaches don't go away either, they are constant..

sometimes it changes in area of pain but its mostly on the left side and my cheeks and nose tingle
My neck is stiff a lot too, I tried different things to ease the pain like Doing yoga, drinking more water, having a better diet. but the pain never goes away..

so any ideas of whats up?

Answers:

Possibly you get migraines?
Some people are just prone to them. Even if you didn't have them your whole life, you could have developed them sometimes. Like I used to have them, but not anymore.
They may be triggered by the stress from your workload, or other things.
Search up more about migraines on the internet!

Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles, something that a lot of school work helps you keep tight, and to get rid of the pain you have to free them up. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles that go around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. Here's how to free up your neck muscles to get rid of the pain:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
