its possible you could have a uti or kidney stone... sometimes people with diabetes also have an issue.. but i would bank on the first two as a cause of the issue... i hope you feel better soon! i know it sucks!

You may have chilled your bladder from sitting on a cold surface or wearing light clothes or you may have UTI. Drink 1-2 glasses of water and apply heat, like heating pad on the lower part of the abdomen, keep over nite or when you are home. Wear heavier clothes on the lower half of your body.

Call a doctor. If you have to pee and you can't then there's something wrong. That's dangerous, any pain? Maybe your about to pass a stone.

that my dear is signs of bladder infection. not serious but can be if it is not handled correctly. appointment is gonna be good. not serious enough for ER

Try drinking water.

If it's really necessary, hit yourself in the bladder.
