If its a gash that needs stiches, no, if its small just put alcohol and a band-aid on it, might leave a scar.

depending on how thick it is and if anything is in it i would say fine if you have a deep slash or any lead/ other material in it wash it out or go to a doctor.

Well you are able to get on the computer and type so ya, but if you don't want the risk of an infection or a huge scar, go see a doctor

You might get a scar, they don't use lead anymore, they use graphite if that's what you were worried about
