Why do i feel dizzy when I am lying down?!

Question: Why do i feel dizzy when I am lying down?

I have to literally grab ahold of something, or I'm tempted to scream. Thing about it is, this only happens when I am lying down. What is wrong with me? I also have Multiple Sclerosis, could that be the reason?
