should i get my second ear pierced?!

im 13 years old and my dad agreed for me to get it done how ever my mum is a little unsure about it. when it comes to pain i dont mind but i do fret alot. where is ther best place to go? claries but i read reviews about that there rubbish and have caught infections from them. a tattoo parlour, but i really hate neddles. i've got my first ear pierced when i was a baby so i dont remember what the pain felt like.i would like to expremient ; like get my top ear pierced and when i'm much older maybe get a tattoo.and if i was toget them done what would i have to do:like aftercare and how much it costs. is claries a good place to go,though please help
