My next door neighbor and I both had babies at the same time :o) and both got a bit of cradle cap at the same time :o( I used bio-silk therapy, it worked so fast and well. My neighbors daughter could not get rid of it, so I gave her a small amount. Sure enough, took it right away.
Give baby a bath, using Johnson's baby shampoo,
Do the normal baby lotion
before hair dries take a tiny amount (maybe a bit larger than a dime) in the palm of your damp hands rub together just a bit and massage into babies scalp. Of course keep it out of the eyes as you would anything such as lotion.
damp dry hair with towel then allow to air dry.
it only takes 2-3 times and all gone!
really good stuff, but expensive
bio-silk hair therapy (looks like and feels a bit like oil am NOT talking about their shampoo or conditioner) your local beauty shop will most likely have it as will walmart now I believe.
Cradle-cap is the dandruff in babies. My daughter had it, too when she was about your daughter's age. My mother-in law advised me to put some baby oil on the area, and the cradle cap just fell of on its own. It's very itchy but you don't have to brush it off with a comb, as baby's scalp is very delicate.
