Sounds like you need to go to the hospital immediately, to the emergency room. This sounds really bad.
Get back to the hospital!
The pain with blood may mean kidney failure is imminent!
Especially after a month long hospital stay. They either missed something or you may have picked up a staff infection.
Get back there now.
