I fell off my horse and hit my head very hard?!

Question: I fell off my horse and hit my head very hard?

Ok yesterday I fell off my horse and fell onto my head. Now today I have a really bad headache I feel like puking and I just wanna sleep. But when I fell off and landed on my head I got and ran to get my horse so I dont think I have a concussion? what do u think happened?

You should have gone to the hospital to be checked out, and you should most certainly do so now. Concussion can be delayed and can also be momentary or slight. Having a bad headache and nausea after a bang to the head are signs that should be checked out without delay. I'm not trying to worry you, but seriously, either go to hospital or have a doctor check you over without delay.

First off.... this is the mother in me here.... YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN WEARING YOUR HELMET!!!! I am a horse owner myself and ALWAYS wear a helmet
