Question: Broken or Bruised Heel ?
I jumped off a 6ft+ Wall and landed on both of my heels first, for the first 10 Min's it hurt alot then it became bearable over time. Then when i get home it starts to throb like crazy and i couldnt walk without it hurting like crazy. 2 days down the it still hurts but i can hardly walk without limping like mad and every step hurts. Is it broken or fractured ? it hurts around my heel and under my heel and sometimes on the back of my foot ?

I think it is possible that you have broken one or both of your heel bones - the calcaneus. Calcaneus fractures cause significant swelling and pain of the back of the foot. Symptoms of a calcaneus fracture include:
Inability to walk
Swelling of the foot
Bruising of the foot
Severe heel pain
I think you really need to go to the doctor. Calcaneus fractures may be treated in a cast or surgery may be recommended. You need to find out how bad your injury is.
