Question: I have severe knee pain?
I work at a place where we ship boxes that are really heavy. today, when i was lifting 10 heavy boxes at 1 time, my knees stared paining so much. what can i do now?

get another job
You can wear knee braces, they are a little expensive and make sure you get them to fit because if you don't you'll cut off you circulation to your legs. You can buy them at big drug stores, or anywhere they sell medical supplies.
