make sure she gets to the doctor, but as far as tramadol, if you take this and any other pain med for a while, you WILL have withdrawl symptoms. They are not fun, and can cause addiction as well. Please find cushions for her, and urge her to keep regular doctors appts, along with nparoxen/ibuprophen, and find out what is wrong through mRI. Sorry
