Question: After track practice im having pain in my joints, how do I get rid of it?
So I recently joined track and during practice after some running I begin to experience severe pain in both knee joints, throughout the kegs, and all over the ankles. Its not the muscle im sure of that, its a stabbing pain in between bones and I need a way to get rid of it or numb it because its been preventing me from giving my all for a while. Please help?

Stretch b4 running and after. Then apply tiger balm on your joints. Tiger balm can b found at cvs it is very strong
