Professional piercers help??!?!

Question: Professional piercers help??!?
I got my monroe done a few weeks back (Jan. 23) and recently the back fell out, but I got it back in after what seemed like hours. It came out again and I couldn't for the life of me screw it back in so I left it as it was, planning on going to get where I got my piercing done for help. Well, i never got to go and the hole in my lip closed. I had bought new monroe studs where you screw the ball on, but I can't put them in because the hole in my mouth closed. I tried pushing the ring in to open the hole but that didn't work, so I used a sewing needle to open it (bad idea!), but I stilll couldn't get my ring in and now my lip is swollen and kind of hurts. I have the stud it, so the whole hole doesn't close, but is that a bad idea? I just don't want it to completely close because it was $70 and that'd be wasted if I let the hole close. So what should I do? Should I take the stud out? Or will the swelling go down? I've been cleaning the hole with soap.. Or should I go to the place where I got it done(its not much of an option, because my mom just doesn't want to take me there. -_-) I really just don't want the hole to close. Sorry for this being ridicoulosly long.
