Question: Muscle twitches is this normal?
so i was lifting some bags of wood pellets a bit ago and and they were 40 pounds and i slung them over my right arm and i only did lik 4 bags and now like three hours later i am having muscle twitches under my are like near the arm pit sorta and a little bit on the arm
is this something to worry about?

It's normal for muscles to twitch a bit after doing heavy work with them, especially if you don't often do work that requires a lot of muscle power. It will go away in time. You may also notice that they twitch a lot when you use them, for a few hours.
