how to get rid of muscle soreness (lacrosse)?!
Question: How to get rid of muscle soreness (lacrosse)?
I have practice tomorrow and i am extremely sore. It even hurts to walk or do anything. How can i get rid of this soreness by the morning. By the way i am only 13 so i don't know if that changes anything.

workout yes it hurts but it's what your suppose to do
Take a hot bath with Epsom Salt
