Question: What could be going on HELP?
Severe pain across top abdomen under ribs
My whole tummy felt like it was burning
Lower cramps
My upper and lower back was hurting so bad
I kept having an urge to pee but couldnt go
vomiting
gas
it took 2 hrs to subside
now i have tolerated pain in upper abdo under ribs and im feeling very hot and sweaty
Please has anyone had this or might know

Having the urge to pee but not being able to suggests a urinary tract infection. It is definitely something you should get checked.
It also sounds like a gall bladder attack, but that does not affect peeing.
