Question: Do I have a concussion?

I noticed RECENTLY that when i shake my head (not from side to side) it hurts in the back of my head kinda like somethings moving.....I HAVE NOT hit my head on anything at all

Well how old are you? seriously?? A concussion? You didn't hit your head on anything and didnt have any impact, so ya u have a concussion. Wow.....
