What happened to my back?!


Question: What happened to my back?
I just woke up in a bathtub of ice with 2 huge gashes on my back. I think it is probably aliens because there have been weird lights outside of my house the last few nights. What should i do? Should I report this to the government? I am not joking around! I am very worried!
