You may have Oshgood shlatters in your knees or you may not. the only way to make 100% sure is get in to see an Orthopedic Surgeon.
Ok this is a classic presentation for a condition called Osgood Schlatters. This is a condition where the muscles that connect right under your knee are actually pulling on the bone at that location. This will usually go away on it's own and can be kept to a minimum by limiting exertion on the knees. I will tell you that the more activity (especially strenuous) that you do, the worse that this condition will get. I know you are not going to like this, but you will probably need to miss track this year. This condition will usually pass within 6-8 months. Still do activity, but limit it to light activity like walking . Sports will make it worse right now.
Btw, this is very common at your age group. The main age is between 13-17.
I hope this helps. I really wish you the best
I'm a chiropractor
