Did my hangover turn into a sinus infection; or something similar?!

I was really hungover Saturday and felt like crap (don't even remember the night). Woke up and was hungover: typical symptoms, nausea, dizziness, headache, nothing too crazy. The problem is that the headache didn't go away. It feels like there is pressure in my forehead, eyebrows, and temples. Im not stuffed up and don't have a sore throat. I have never had allergies before either. Confused, because extra strength tylenol doesn't really help either. I think its an upper respiratory tract or sinus issue, but im not an expert and have never them before. Im hoping that somebody can help me out with my situation. Should i go to the doctor? please help!!!
