extreme nausea, headache, not able to sleep?!

Question: Extreme nausea, headache, not able to sleep?
I've been feeling this for the past two hours. I have eaten today, yet I feel like I haven't eaten all day like my stomach feels empty. I feel like if I eat that I will vomit because of my nausea. My headache hasn't gotten any better even with ibuprofen and I'm shaky. I cannot sleep through this. I know diabetes runs in my family, my dad has it and my grandma as well before she passed away.

I stopped reading after you said I have not eaten today. You are definitely a diabetic. Currently hypoglycemic. Due to the lack of food your body has a low amount of glucose which is trying to release insulin. My advice. Go make a pb & j right now, and drink orange juice. Get some sugar in there. Signs & symptons include altered mental status, unresponsiveness and other life threatening issues such as amputations. Don't look this over. I wish you luck and wish I was there to help. Worst comes ro worst dial 911, they will administer glucose to you orally from a tube.

Good luck.
