Question: Major bad period cramp! It won't go away!?
i take mefanamic acid (500mg) 3 times aday. I forgot to take my 3rd one on time. I just took it though, maybe an hour late.
I also took 500mg of paracetamol.
I have NEVER had a cramp this bad and it keeps making me feel nauseas and I have a phobia of vomiting!
I don't know what to do, i'm not over exagerating how much this hurts. I always had painful period cramps, but this has reached a new level!

I know how you feel. It's terrible. When it's that bad I don't know much to do. But I use to have a hot pillow on my stomach. It's special pillow you can have in the microwave. Or you can put hot water in a bottle and hold it to your stomach. It helps a bit, but not very much. I feel so sorry for you. I use to have bad cramps too. I hope it gets better soon. ?
