Question: I have this anxious feeling that wont go away.?
i'm not nerves at all it started today. i feel a bit weak, i ate but still this feeling.

try doing some gentle excersise, go for a walk, especially somewhere nice if you can, your not after a massive burst here as you don't want adrenaline, just some fresh air would be good, keep drinking plently and after about an hour of walking try reading or playing an instrument or some other hobby, try to stay away from tv and other such passive activities, or computer games. If something is on your mind, talk to someone, or write it down and try to plan solutions rather than waiting for a resolution.

If feeling remains after a few days seek medical help



If it started today, I would look at any changes I've made in the last 24 hours. Also, how long has the weakness been happening? If it is intense, call your doctor. If you are not following the protocol,
perhaps see what you've missed, and catch up. Sometimes changing eating habits, or any habit, can make us nervous, especially if it is emotional eating. If that is the case, spend some time being kind and nurturing to yourself. Maybe journal, asking "what am I anxious about?"
Also if your doctor ever told you you have low blood sugar,it could be hypoglycemia.



go for a run and eat natural turkey (the kind you bake in the oven- whole bird) + try yoga.



go see doctor. They would test you and give you something. idk
