weed makes some people paranoid when driving, but it doesn't impair you like alcohol where you lose focus and concentration, coordination. Alcohol also can change your personality to where you do things you will not remember. This varies person to person. My experience you can pass out at the wheel drinking, but not smoking. I would feel comfortable driving stoned verses drinking and driving which I absolutely do not do. It is not worth the risk is how I see it now and remembering my younger years I realize how lucky I was not getting caught or in a wreck and hurting someone.
Yes getting high will most certainly affect your driving. The main chemical in weed smoke is THC, it binds to certain receptors in your brain and affects how you do everything. Driving properly requires your full attention, by impairing yourself, you're just getting set up for trouble.
Not to mention smoking anything is ridiculously stupid for the rest of your body.
I am a medical professional. I work in healthcare and i'm a medical student.
Weed doesn't effect your driving as much as alcohol. It also really depends how much hits you smoke. If you get a brazy load of good hits, then you might have a SLIGHT problem when you're driving. Otherwise, it's not dangerous enough to be deadly. There haven't been any reported car crashes due to marijuana, only alcohol and other drugs that are MAN-MADE.
I've read books of Marijuana
Well Alcohol and Weed are two very different things. People who've never smoked will tell you it is dangerous due to alcohols effect on driving. But it all really depends on the persons attention span. I know people who drive high all the time and have never gotten in an accident due to the deep focus.
it affects you're driving, i cant explain why but i remember my health teacher nailing it in my head that it does. and so does alcohol. either way if you're gonna do one or the other please dont drive. not only putting yourself in danger but innocent people.
wow ya reading books on marijuana is a good source to put..
Yes it does. It slows down your reaction time which may affect your ability to hit the brakes in time causing an accident.
