Question: Cut my finger on a pair of scissors, purple black skin?
It bled for about an hour or so and I currently have it bandaged up. Before I bandaged it I noticed that part of the skin that the blade had gone under had turned a purpleish black. Should I be worried and seek professional help or will it go away on it's own, I've never had this happen before so I'm not exactly sure what to do.

rinse with poricide, rinse well.
DONT USE HAND SOAP... ouchie
Apply pressure with towel for 30 seconds than wrap in bandge.
if it gets worse or does not change with in a week see a doctor
It may be infected... sounds like an abscess. If it gets worse, see a doctor.
