Most likely you're dehydrated. Energy drinks like that that have sugar, sodium, guarana, etc. are draining the body of it's natural water. drink more water, less energy drinks. By the time you're thirsty you're already dehydrated.

Because they are loaded with caffeine and sugars and have been shown to be harmful to the body. Why would you put that kind of stuff into your body anyway? Hard to imagine that after all these years that we survived without that kind of stuff that so many now have to have it, why? A balance diet will do you more good than that will.
