My nose hurts when I put on glasses help?!

Question: My nose hurts when I put on glasses help?
Like 3 weeks ago I got in a fight and I got punches in the nose and I had a bloody nose, I dont think it's broken I can breathe ok but when I put on glasses it kinda hurts my nose and I kinda get a headache, why?

Answers:

The upper part of the nose is connected to a part of the eyes which is chemically connected to your head/brain which is how your eyes are able to send images to your brain, which is how you see.
You most likely have a bruise or temporary breakage of tissues, not the bone.
The most you can do now it rap the center part of the glasses where your nose hits with a fluffy object until your nose heals.

You can use the Cotton part of Cotton Swabs or a piece of nail polish removing fluff balls.

Prior Knowledge.

The headache is caused by tight neck muscles which would be a result of being hit in the face. The neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your brain. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the muscles going around your brain and when they go into pain you have your headache. I would imagine that same problem may be a part of the pressure on the nose so freeing up your neck muscles should get you out of your pain. Here's how to free up your neck muscles:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Maybe because putting your glasses on adds pressure to the sensitive points on your nose. Your noise isn't healed all the way if it hurts, and it might be bruised too.

Either the glasses are sitting on the sore part of your nose, they're too small and need to be adjusted, or your prescription needs changing. Visit your optician and have a chat :o)

The clinching size of your glasses may be too small for your nose. When it moves, it bruises your nose
Or R U new to having glasses, if so just wait few days. It will go away.

Check your glasses, sounds like the nose pieces are out of alignment.

because when he/her prob. hit you it prob bruised your nose in the top rim if you move your glasses lower it might not hurt as much!

Ditch the glasses & wear two monocles
