Question: What is this in back of my ear?

It may be a type of cutaneous infection. It's not as bad as it sounds. It's sort of like acne, but doesn't turn into a white head. Just wash it gently daily and it will eventually go away.
it could be a cyst, a swollen node, or your muscle/bone that is there.
