Any tips for going to bed?!


Question: Any tips for going to bed?
Everynight I have to wait like 1 hour when I fall alseep I will just lay in bed and I cant sleep tips ??

you can try listening to music while you fall asleep

did it myself



Watch the weather channel.
Read a book.
Write the same thing over and over again on a piece of paper.
Warm milk.
If you don't have a treadmill, jog in place for like 15 mins.
Sit in an uncomfortable position until you absolutely can't stand it anymore and than lay down, you'll probably find comfort a little bit more lovable and that could help you get to sleep.

Get into bed pull the blanket up get comfy them wait. This is not for everybody or recommended but i drink beer it helps or find a radio station you like put the radio on sleep timer it may work for you.



Usually a nice warm shower and a drink of warm milk helps. If that doesn't work you could try writing or reading a book. Don't even bother with counting sheep. I just stayed awake even longer.
